By visiting the NUGL Site (whether or not you are a registered member) or using any of the NUGL Services on any of the Sites, you are accepting this Privacy Policy. If you do not want information about you to be used in the manner set forth in this Privacy Policy, please do not use the NUGL Services.

NUGL enables and encourages users to “snag” or take embeddable players with our films and related content from our site, and to embed these players on personal web pages, blogs, and other sites operated by third parties whose policies regarding the handling of personal information may differ from ours. We hope that you will take our films with you via the embeddable player and enjoy and share them in this way; please read the privacy policies of the sites where you embed a player, as NUGL cannot be responsible for the information handling practices of these other sites.
Finally, NUGL stores information about which films you view in streaming flash format. This information is currently not used but may be used in the future without notice to determine Website usage patterns.
We will not use or transfer personally identifiable information provided to us in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you with an opportunity to opt out of these unrelated uses.

Fees charged to post content in some areas of the service are an access fee permitting content to be posted in a designated area. All fees paid will be non-refundable in the event that Content is removed from the Service for violating of terms.
NUGL's refund policy is 100% satisfaction guaranteed for a full refund on any month that is not completed. Software is paid for on a month to month basis with no contract required. Any month paid for that is not complete in a calendar month and the client is not 100% satisfied with the service on NUGL, we will issue a full refund for that month.
NUGL reserves the right to refuse business to anyone for any reason by deleting or cancelling your account immediately without notice.
YOU AGREE THAT USE OF THE NUGL SITE AND THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK. THE NUGL SITE AND THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND. The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NUGL and govern your use of the Service. The Terms and the relationship between you and NUGL shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Parties agree to submit to binding arbitration for any dispute arising that such arbitration will take place in Los Angeles, CA.
